What are the check-in and check-out times?

Check-in for all accommodation types is from 15:00, and on your departure day we kindly ask you to check out by 10:00. Camp pitches can be booked the same day, while the apartment and glamping cabins must be reserved at least 24 hours in advance.

Is the reception open 24 hours, and what if we arrive late?

Our reception is open every day from 08:00 to 20:00. If you plan to arrive outside these hours, please let us know in advance so we can arrange your late arrival.

What is the difference between classic camping and glamping at your site?

Accepted Answer

Camping offers a free-form stay with electricity and water hook-ups, where you bring your own equipment. Glamping (glamorous camping) provides luxurious, fully equipped tents with beds, a bathroom and a terrace, combining a stay in nature with the comfort of a hotel.

Are your apartment and glamping tents air-conditioned?

Accepted Answer

The apartment is equipped with a modern air conditioner, while the glamping tents have no air conditioning, to preserve an authentic stay in nature.

Are dogs and other pets welcome at the camp?

Accepted Answer

Yes, our four-legged guests are welcome! Dogs are allowed in the camping area, but unfortunately not inside the apartment.

Is parking provided and is there an extra charge?

Accepted Answer

Every apartment and glamping tent has a reserved parking space, while camp guests park their vehicle directly at their spot, with free parking available for additional vehicles too.

Do you have a charging station for electric vehicles?

Unfortunately, we currently don't have a charging station for electric cars within the camp, but you can get information about the nearest available charging locations at our reception.

What payment methods are available at reception?

You can pay your bill in cash (EUR) directly at reception, the evening before departure.

Is a deposit required for a reservation, and what are the cancellation terms?

Accepted Answer

No, no deposit is required to confirm a reservation for the camp, apartment, or glamping.

What is included in the price of the apartment and glamping tents?

Accepted Answer

The price includes the accommodation rental, bed linen, towels, final cleaning, use of electricity and water, Wi-Fi internet, and access to all shared camp facilities (sanitary blocks, barbecue, children's playground).

Do you have free Wi-Fi throughout the camp?

Yes, free wireless internet is available in the reception area, in all apartments, glamping tents, and across most of the camping pitches.

How well equipped are the sanitary facilities for guests on the pitches?

Our modern sanitary block includes hot showers, toilets, areas for washing dishes and laundry, and family bathrooms.

Are there house rules and quiet hours?

To ensure a pleasant rest for everyone, quiet hours at the camp run from 23:00 to 07:00. During this period we ask guests to reduce noise and not drive cars within the camp.

Is barbecuing allowed at the camp?

Accepted Answer

Barbecuing is allowed at the camp as long as basic safety rules are followed. The glamping cabins have their own outdoor grill (without a kitchen), and camp guests may use grills at their spots while being mindful of safety and other guests.

Where can we buy groceries and is there a restaurant at the camp?

Accepted Answer

Although there's no shop within the camp itself, you'll find all the groceries you need at a nearby store just 5 minutes away — feel free to ask at reception for directions.
